They're pretty comparable to Redbubble, I'd say. The print quality on the shirts I got from Novelties was good, held up after washes.

I've bought from both Novelties and TeePublic. Novelties feels a bit more curated sometimes, and the fabric on their hoodies is decent. Redbubble has a ton more options though, but Novelties is solid.

Does Novelties do free shipping on everything or do you need to spend a certain amount?

It's usually over 50 bucks for free shipping. I always just add an extra mug or something to hit it if I'm close.

Yeah, if your order is under 50, shipping usually costs a few bucks. I've never seen free shipping without a minimum purchase.
